Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-show Policy
We, here at Êlev8, understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% the cost of your scheduled appointment. 12 hours or less and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment.
• Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it can be to forget. However, because this service time is reserved for you, PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION fee will apply.
** In the event that a cancellation/no show fee is required, it will be charged automatically through the card on file. Once payment is received, we will be happy to reschedule your next service.
However, in the event that a person has canceled with little to no notice or has not shown 2 (two) times or more, an appointment may not be available.
‼️‼️Also no additional guests are permitted unless client undergoing service is underage. Our space is limited with no additional seating available and roaming unwatched children are a safety hazard. All additional guests will be required to wait outside or in a vehicle.
